Exercise Works! I Was A Stair Climber

These two exercises for weight loss remain proven to work. All you got to do is commit to doing them. The 2nd one is probably the best one because many office complexes have a couple of stories and a fire escape stairway. These stairways make for the perfect exercise place. If you are lucky enough to have a job that requires you to go from one floor to another you can take the stairs vs the elevator. I personally worked on the 8th floor of a building and I took the stairs all the time. I got so good that I could run up the 8 flights of stairs and not even work up a sweat. That was 30 years ago and now due to health conditions I can't make it up 3 to 4 flights due to the back and leg pain. If I was to pratice what I preach I would be in much better health. Bad back problems have almost put me out of commission. I am in the process of exercising and eating healthy and hope to take my life back. My wife is in charge and I do what she wants me to do some what.

Warning, Sitting May Be Hazardous To Your Life

Do not turn into a couch potatoe. Too much sitting can cause those flights of stairs to be harder to do.
